All payments are made securely through our platform. Customers pay upfront. Providers receive payment minus platform commission after job completion and customer confirmation.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Jobs canceled by customers before provider acceptance are fully refundable. Jobs canceled after provider acceptance may incur a fee.
6. Platform Fees
LetsGetItWorking.com charges a service fee to providers, currently set at 15% of the total job value.
7. Dispute Resolution
We may mediate customer-provider disputes but do not guarantee resolution. Final decisions are at the discretion of the platform.
8. Limitation of Liability
LetsGetItWorking.com is not responsible for damages, losses, or poor workmanship from third-party providers.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
